On December 19th 2019, IPL 2020 Auctions would take place in Kolkata. With a total of 127 cricketers retained including 35 overseas players, we look at how each team stands before the auction. How much cash do each team have and how strong would they bid for the likely players.

RCB have 12 slots to fill including 6 Overseas players, major focus will be on Overseas pacers who can lead the attack. RCB over the years have been unlucky with overseas fast bowlers and will hope they finally click this time.
RCB have retained Devdutt Padikkal, Shivam Dube and AB De Villiers.
They need to strengthen the middle order as after Kohli and AB DeVilliers they do not have a match winner.
RCB will also need reserve and back up players for a number of positions.
RCB will also need a Backup Wicket keeper to cover for any injury to Parthiv Patel.
