With a lack of a proper opening batting pair KKR will look to buy at least 2 openers.
Kuldeep Yadav had an average year and Sunil Narine has lost a bit of his bite after the change in his action. KKR will look to bolster the spin department with a recognized spinner or a spinning all-rounder.
A backup wicket keeper would also be a necessity if Dinesh Karthik suffers an injury.
An inexperienced pace attack spelt disaster for KKR last year hence addition of an experienced pacer will surely be the priority.
